Vintage Sears Colonial metal doll house NIB

Vintage doll house, maybe early'60's? I've taken everything out of the box for the photo. Most panels have graphics on both sides so the interior of the house appears'finished'. Panel graphics and finish look excellent--bright and non-faded. Box is about 26 x 12 x 4 inches.
