Vintage 1:12 Scale The Visalian Dollhouse Kit NOS By One Of A Kind Woodshop. This is the 1:12 scale Visalian dollhouse kit from the late 70s. Its modeled after a real mansion in Visalia, CA that has since burned down. The boxes are very rough from being stored all these years.

I opened them to verify contents and taped them back up. There are 2 full boxes. Ive held onto it to build it, and I finally found a built one to go see in person and quickly realized that I wouldnt be able to fit the completed house through my doorways.

So sadly Im letting it go. Heres your opportunity to make one of the most coveted dollhouses in your own style.
