The color is'Wedgewood Blue' with White Trim. This is the Vermont Farmhouse Jr. 30" tall x 24 " wide x 18 deep. This is a 1:12 scale (this means 1 inch to 1 foot scale).

It was built by hand and includes hardwood floors, trim on the doors & windows, porch railings, flower boxes on the upper windows, shutters on the windows, gingerbread trim on the gable roof and sides of the house and much more! The interior was painted/primed white, you can add wallpaper, interior doors, baseboards, crown moulding, tile flooring etc. The house can also be wired for lights.
