A modern house ready to soak up a great view! Clean, simple and streamlined, this custom-designed unfinished kit leaves plenty of room for personalization. The interior features one large, open room on each floor; the distinctive skillion (shed) roofline ensures no water buildup. Parts of sturdy, smooth MDF. Upper level has large windows with acrylic panes, giving the appearance of almost full "glass" on the front.

Lower level has a working modern garage door which slides up smoothly on its tracks; this level can also be accessed via a side door. Exterior staircase provides access to the front balcony. Custom, modern railings for the front balcony and staircase. 25"W x 25-3/4"H x 23D.
