The exterior shows off expertly molded porch posts and rails, wooden roof shingles, crested roof and shaped, solid wood moldings along the extended floor edges. A mansard roof provides easy accessibility to the upper floor.

Eleven grand rooms feature a 10 floor to ceiling height and moveable room dividers that accept standard doors. Solidly constructed, this home features engineered precut parts, 3/8 thick upper floors and grooved connectors that are easy to assemble. Dimensions: 48" W x 24" D x 41 H.

Precut exterior walls (3/8 Milled Plywood or MDF). Precut floors, roof and interior walls. Fancy porch posts and spindles.
