St. Charles French Quarter Dollhouse 112 Scale Kit

This is an original designed kit from Majestic Mansions transitioned to a laser cut kit at Laser Dollhouse Designs. The Saint Charles is reminiscent of those fine old houses in the French Quarter.

This house features six rooms, a porch and balcony area and is open on one side. This kit includes two detailed interior staircases with railings; laser cut porch rails designed to more represent the architectural fretwork iron railings seen within the French Quarter, main roof running trim; six classic single windows; 3 detailed interior doors; two classic single doors. All 6 room are 12x13 inches. NOTE: This is a kit that must be assembled. Allow 10-14 days for production.
