Dura-Craft Southern Mansion Dollhouse + Servant building + greenhouse. This is an incredible find for any dollhouse collector whether just starting or a long time fan. Partially completed Southern Mansion is 3 stories with 10 rooms. There is a box with windows and doors and a bag of roof tiles to complete.

Some electrical wiring has been done in the mansion. Also included is a Servants building also with some wiring. Includes a stove and lighting all with wires. Greenhouse is the added touch to the lavish estate which once completed will be a family heirloom.

Mom worked on it for years before passing away, Sad to let it go but we have no room. It is a beautiful piece that with some love to finish will be stunning. Mansion is 55 x 21 x 28.75. Servant's house is 23 x 11 x 21. Greenhouse is 6.75 x 9.75 x 10.5.
