Detailed staircase with banisters and landing rails. Moldings are smoothly shaped for an exquisite finish. Clapboard siding is milled directly into the surface of the walls. Octagonal, two story gazebo wraparound porch. Movable room dividers can be used in variety of ways and accept standard doors.

Seven different detailed styles of shingles. Side opening access to the front rooms. Box 1 contains the shell outer walls, foundation, dividers and roof. Box 2 contains everything else doors, windows, trim, shingles, interior stairs, etc.
