Real Good Toys Model J-M975 Princess Anne Doll House. Fully Assembled & Painted

This dollhouse was assembled from a Real Good Toys Model J-M975 dollhouse kit. It is fully assembled and painted as pictured and has never been used. It was assembled during the winter of 2024.

I did all of the work and dealt with all of the mess and now you can just enjoy the completed dollhouse. The dollhouse is all wood construction made up of 3/8 thick, one piece exterior wood walls and upper floors with clapboards milled directly into the walls. The Princess Anne is a sturdy, gem of a dollhouse. 29 " High, 23 3/4" Wide, 17 3/8 Deep.

Doll House Weight: 25 lbs. Expert molded railings and porch posts. The extra options included are.

Finished wood floors on first and second floor. Interior doors on first and second floor. Welcome mat measuring 2" x 3".

Area rug measuring 5" x 7". Cloud, MN is also and option.
