Engineered parts pre-cut to really work (trim strips are supplied in lengths). The grooved sidewalls make for easy assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. Outstanding detail include simple, easy to follow, step-by-step assembly instructions with expertly drafted illustrations. Hardwood flooring look is installed.

Oversized eaves, roomy front porch, shallow pitched roof and large attic dormer. Detailed brackets, railings and rafter ends are all pre-cut. Unique arched supports and 2 porch posts. Assembled Oval Light front door. Handsome chimney is supplied for roof.
