Dollhouse kit features a realistic blinking beacon. Hen assembled, it is simply stunning at almost 4 feet tall. First two photos show what the lighthouse looks like when the kit is completed. This complete kit includes everything you need to finish as shown. Precision workmanship - engineered parts that are pre-cut.

Sturdy construction features 3/8-inch thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. Assembled front door with interior trim. Window kits include interior trim.

Accepts up to a 15-watt candelabra bulb. Pre-wired electrical system plugs directly into a standard wall outlet (no transformer required). Unique wraparound stairs and ladder for decorating and play.

Size when completed: 19 1/2"W x 43"H x 19 1/2D. One end of the box has been opened because we wanted to photograph the contents. However, the kit is packed inside so snug and perfect that we nixed that idea. Please be assured that all items listed by me are 100% authentic. Even if I list an item as new, it may still have been stored or tried on - please do not assume any item is perfect.

In regards to clothing and bedding, these may have odors due to storage (but rest assured that mine is a smoke-free and pet-free environment) - hence, it is recommended that these be dry cleaned or washed by you. Your best assurance that an item will meet your expectations is to carefully examine the numerous photos.
