The mansard roof allows for much more decorating space than a traditional colonial style house. With options for expansion, this dollhouse kit is perfect for any type of builder.

Rooms: Up to 9 Rooms. Dimensions: 24"W x 16 1/2"D x 38 1/2H (dimensions listed indicate the overall dimensions of each dollhouse including items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting). Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include. Complete Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown (paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included). Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work (Gingerbread, if used, and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths).
