Rare 1983 DuraCraft Victorian Mansion Dollhouse Kit Unassembled 95% Complete

This is the rarest model in DuraCraft's Victorian line: the 1983 Victorian Mansion dollhouse kit. It's open box and approximately 95% complete.

All included pieces are original to the kit. Shake-style shingles and wood siding are both present and fully accounted for-these are the hardest-to-replace parts and make this model particularly special. Main floor base (a raw rectangular particle board) is missing but easily replaceable at any hardware store. Windows: Only 5 windows were used; the rest remain brand new in the original folder. Instructions: Original instruction manual is included. The pages are fragile and yellowed with age-some of the first pages have come loose from the staples. Most other potentially missing parts are standard materials that can be found at most craft or hardware stores. This model only comes up for sale a couple of times a year-and less frequently with each passing year.

It's an heirloom-quality kit and a true standout in the world of miniatures. For the serious collector, this will surely become the crown jewel of your dollhouse collection. The original box was too damaged to salvage due to storage wear. However, the front panel with the product sticker was saved and is loosely attached to new cardboard packaging.

The box has been replaced, and all contents are carefully repacked. Due to the kit's age and open-box condition, I cannot guarantee 100% completeness. I estimate it to be about 95% complete.
