This is the KIT for the REAL Good Toys Queen Anne Dollhouse. The kit originally came in two boxes but we opened it up since it had been in storage for years. We found a few nicks which are shown in the picture with the red dots and close up pictures following. Otherwise it is in original condition. When we repacked it we added additional cushioning so it will now be sent in three boxes instead of two.
