Quarter Inch 1148 St. Beckham Gothic Victorian House Kit
Beckham Gothic Victorian Style house features the octagonal tower with a 2 story bay on the right side. The wrap around porch has detailed railings. We designed ornate patterns for the stair railing along with gingerbread trim for the peaks. This kit will require some sanding. It includes everything needed to finish the interior and exterior of the house.
The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8? The kit includes the base, three floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved were the floors slide in and the corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly. The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, exterior corner trims, railings, & 3 sets of steps.
The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors. The kit also includes two staircases. Also included are all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglas, and window boxes. We have included landscaping materials for this house grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes and vines, & flowers. Last but not least each ΒΌ?
House kit comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on. The step by step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.
