This is a 1:12 scale wooden Greenleaf Van Buren dollhouse made of 1/8 wood. I kit bashed it to add working windows, a different balcony, a different front door, and a new front porch with bushes. The dimensions are: 30"L x 14"D x 27H.

This is a previously owned dollhouse of mine that I totally refurbished The inside is completely finished with flooring and wallpaper. I added faux brick on the outside and instead of the prior Widow's Walk, I removed the fencing and replaced the trap door with a skylight. The house is painted with several coats of real house Clark Kensington paint in three colors.

You will have to glue it on upon arrival. Please take time to look at all the photos. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
