NIB Real Good Toys Dollhouse Kit Victoria's Farmhouse. Model JM-1065

Dollhouse is brand new in box. Materials are still factory sealed inside. I did open one end of the box to double check on contents.

I had the box in my garage by the door & the bottom of it got a little damp at the very bottom but it didn't go through. The box cardboard is very thick due to the weight so the rain did not get inside at all. I wasn't even going to mention because it dried great but I didn't want anybody wondering why one end was opened.

This is a beautiful project to do. See pics for other info on the house. Box measures 35"x22"x5. IF INTERESTED, JUST MESSAGE US.
