The kit includes dolls and other accessories to add to the display. This DIY kit is perfect for those aged 16 and up who enjoy a challenge. The dollhouse is made of wood and has a multicolor design. It was manufactured in the United States in the 1980s and is considered a rare find. The box is a bit rough but that's just due to it weighing 50 lb and being handled over the years.

I went through and verified that all of the wood sheet panels are there. No pieces missing out of any of them either. I can't say on the clapboard shingles and siding as they are loose in the box and would be crazy to count them.
