Offered for sale is a 1':1 scale miniature dollhouse replica of the Barbara Fritchie house in Frederick, Maryland. It was a kit made by Real Good Toys to sell exclusively through the Barbara Fritchie House and Museum many years ago. The dollhouse is in very good condition and comes with extra shingles for the roof and mullions for the windows.

The dimensions are 24" wide X 24" long. There are a few small imperfections: the back door has a part missing on the window, one of the window sills on the side of the house has been cracked. Please look at photos carefully. Otherwise, the dollhouse is in lovely condition and waiting to be decorated and played with.
