Lilliput Cherrydale #453 VICTORIAN FARMHOUSE with Wrap Around Porch, Gingerbread Trims, Windows, Door and interior stairs. Kit is constructed from 3/8" and 1/4" high quality cabinet-grade plywood {unpainted} Nail and Glue Assembly. Overall dimensions 29" wide X 25" high X 18 1/2 deep. Scale 1=1' The Dollhouse Kit is New.

The box has shelf wear, however the contents have been inspected and there is no damage. All parts are precut and present including nails to construct this cute Dollhouse. You will need to supply your own glue, paint, wallpaper, furniture and floor coverings.
