The Kids Kraft 65252 Majestic Mansion Dollhouse is a modern-style mansion dollhouse with three stories and eight rooms, including an office, garage, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, sunroom, music room, nursery, and dining room. It is a DIY kit that requires assembly tools and is suitable for ages 3 and up.

The dollhouse includes over 30 items such as accessories, animals, fixtures, a car, dolls, furniture, and home décor. A wicker table, chairs love seat and hutch which are in great condition and very hard to find. The item dimensions are approximately 14 inches in length, 50 inches in width, and 54 inches in height, with a weight of around 30 pounds.
