This house will also display nicely along side our No 1, No 3, No 5, and No 7 dollhouses like a little village that would be wonderful to decorate for the holidays.
This kit is partially assembled for you by Ken with the main structure put together. Note that there are two floors. This newest house is unique as it has openings for windows on the lower level. You will need to find your own lace to make the curtains.THIS IS A KIT OF WOOD AND CARDSTOCK IMAGES FOR YOU TO FINISH. Also please note that this is an antique reproduction dollhouse kit. 21 pieces of precut partially assembled parts to form the front and sides with second floor installed and roof assembled leaving the roof front, roof support, 3 piece chimney, and back wall for you to complete. Ken has done the hard part for you. Three sets of brass hinges attached to the swing open front and the front door with one latch nail to secure the front wall closed.Cardstock graphics to cover the front, sides, door, and interior. Thirteen printed on cardstock exterior and interior antique reproduction graphics taken from our antique house original. What you need to provide to complete this project. White craft glue like Gripp or Designer Tacky - OR. Yes Paste which is like wallpaper paste. Scissors and Exacto style knife.Screw driver and metal edge ruler. Acrylic paint and the brush to apply it.
Shoe polish to seal and antique after all parts are glued and a rag to apply and buff it. Optional clamps to hold the wooden parts securely while your glue is drying. A paper cutter to cut out all the graphics. Other things you should know. All my workbooks and projects are printed on a state of the art digital color laser printer on either 110 lb.
