We are Very Pleased to Present for sale this Vintage & Retired HOFCO Gettysburg Wood Doll House, a Craftsperson's Dream. Amazing opportunity for a doll house collector. Constructed, sided, roofed with chimney, upgraded with dormers. Dimensions: 18"D X 32"W X 26H. Several shingles are damaged, but additional shingles are included. Two spindles on front pouch are broken but can be restored. Original papers included: instructions, electrifying instructions with wiring provided, deed, and catalogues. Doll House weight is 30lbs. The doll house is located in Shelby Township, MI 48316. It is your responsibility for the packaging, loading, and transport of the item.
