The Morningside, an Italianate design, features dual side opening with locator tabs for easy and accurate construction. Kit includes interior and exterior steps, full foundation, engraved decorations, cornice molding at roof line.

Kit is computer cut from 1/4 thick Baltic Birch plywood. Using 1/4 wood rather than the customary 3/8used by most other manufacturers keeps the wall thickness to the proper half scale size. 13 large rooms featuring 6 high ceiling on the main and upper floor. The observation tower is the perfect location for an art studio or music room. The finished house measures 15 wide x 22L x 26 3/8H.
