This well sized dolls house has four stunning bay windows to the front. It comes complete with chimneys and pots, stairs and railing kit. The Grove collectable dolls house kit is precision manufactured from good quality MDF and is supplied flat packed. And un-decorated, giving you a great surface for decorating on. It comes with full building instructions. (H x W x D) 670 x 700 x 420 mm Basement. A front opening Dolls House Basement with central stairs leading down to the pavement. There are bay windows on the front to compliment the house. It has two internal rooms and space for an internal door. There is a side window on each side. Comes complete with cills, window lintels and pavement railings. The Grove Basement kit is precision manufactured from good quality MDF and is supplied flat packed and un-decorated. Full assembly instructions are included with this kit. Overall sizes (H x W x D) 215 x 700 x 600 mm. The roofing used on the Grove dolls house is our Random edge roofing strips. For this roof amount required is six packs.
