Brand new old stock, still sealed in original plastic. This is a discontinued and hard to find dollhouse kit from Greenleaf.

Very unique layout with two open sides for viewing and playing. 24" W x 17" D x 18 H.

Also included is a 30 piece kit of all the furniture. Necessary for a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and den or library. The large living room can easily be divided into two rooms with the optional wall included with each dollhouse kit.
