This is nearly the identical kit that my Dad gave to me as a little girl one Christmas. We had a lot of fun putting it together. It's just been sitting there since April. See, the thing is that all my nieces are too old for dollhouses and I would have just felt kind of sad putting it together as a grown lady with no one to give it to!
