In original box It is a Kit so it is Un-assembled Un-finished. 3 3 x 32 x 23. Vintage Hofco Federal Victorian Doll House KIT. This is a Full Front Opening Kit. This vintage kit was made in Woodsboro, Maryland and at the time was one of the best kit manufacturers in the country. Features include precision cut parts, quality cabinet grade 3/8 plywood with pine trims. Foundations, windows, door, stairways and railings are preassembled as well as some other parts. Interior doorways cut from room to room.

The other photos just show what the house COULD look like if finished. My mother was a miniature artisan but never got to make this house. It has been sitting in her miniature workshop for years.

It was taped shut but I opened the box and found a fully intact kit that has never been disturbed. Basically, it is brand new. The box it came in shows some wear and tear.
