Factory Sealed Spring Run Farm House Dollhouse Kit. This unfinished kit has structural parts made of sturdy MDF; trim and detailing parts are whitewood. All windows and doors, shutters, two interior staircases, front porch steps, pergola and trim/railings are included.

Detailed, illustrated instructions also included. Please note- Dollhouse Kit comes in two separate boxes as separate items. Boxes weigh approximately 50 lbs. Dollhouse is not assembled or completed and only includes building material in the kit. Fully open on both sides. Custom transom interior doors and arches. Five different custom window designs.
