DURA-CRAFT SOUTHERN MANSION 1:12 SCALE DOLLHOUSE KIT NEVER USED. Up for sale is a Dura-Craft Southern Mansion 1:12 scale dollhouse kit. The pictures of the box show this. After taking the photos, I did open it to check the condition of the pieces as this has been stored for many, many years and it is quite heavy. The instructions are in the bottom under the larger wood pieces.
