Greenleaf : The Jefferson: dollshouse DIY kit : PRICE REDUCED. This comes with laser cut thin ply sheet ready to push out and create the house following instructions. This came from someone who has had it for some years and never built it.

I have checked that all the sheets are there & they but the sidings and shingles are delicate and some of the sheets have divided but I hope there are enough to finish the house. I have wrapped these carefully so hopefully they will travel well. If some bits are missing I think they are easily replaced with this ply. I hope I have described correctly : always difficult when it belongs to someone else. It does say in the instructions that you may need wood filler! You will need the appropriate glue. It is a standard 1:12 size and is open at the back. You will need to paint, decorate and furnish this. The Jefferson replicates the handsome simplicity of the colonial American "saltbox" architecture. A paneled front door opens into a gracious hallway flanked by two large rooms, one of which includes a fireplace and built in bookcase wall. The centre stairs lead to another wide hallway and two big rooms, while a large third floor attic partitions in two.

Realistic window sashes add to the overall appearance of the house, as do windows silk-screened into divided panes. 1 inch = 1 foot. Assembled Dollhouse Dimensions: 28" wide x 16.5" deep" x 31.5" High.
