Dollhouse Miniature 1:12 Scale. House of Miniatures Furniture Kits & Stains. This is for dollhouse miniature furniture kits by House of Miniatures / Xacto. These are older, vintage kits from the late 70's-80s. There are 22 kits and 2 stain bottles and 2 glaze bottles.

Some of the kits are still sealed - 8 that are shown in the 2nd photo still sealed. The last photo shows the kits that have been opened. I have checked each kit and verified with the instructions that every piece is there for the opened sets.

The stains are older and not complete. The clear finish and top coat both seem dried - you may be able to thin it with thinner, but thinners are not included. The stains include the Colonial Base Stain, Mahogany Base Stain and 2 Glaze Stains.

You will need some glue, stains/paint, sandpaper and possibly small tools/clamps to finish the kits. This miniature collectors item is intended for adult collectors only - not for children.
