Dollhouse -French Street Hotel Miniature kit in 148th scale

French Street Hotel miniature kit, 1;48th scale, it is a modified version of Cafe de Paris kit. They can go nice together also with Narrow Building kit, made in the same style.

Detachable front and roof for easy access. This laser cut kit builds into an impressive Art Nouveau storefront made to match previous Kit- Cafe de Paris. They sit very nice next to each other. I tried my best to reproduce in 1;48th scale, lots of fine art nouveau detail, and also I engraved the floors with different patterns for each room. This little slice of French town glamour features a fully opening front for easy access the interior.

The building comprises of 18 rooms with 14 internal doors all opening in each way you want, architraves on each side of the doors and 31 windows(all with clear plastic provided). Also to don`t forget about three grand stairs.

For this I provide two crate templates to help you build them. The kit comes complete with all structural elements to create walls, detachable roof, and is accompanied by basic instructions.

The kit is made in Birch plywood. Paint it, add embellishments, make your own magical place. A very nice project to take for all mini enthusiasts. No lights or glue included. 235mm high 315mm wide 95mm deep Printed instructions included.

Photos show painted, constructed kit, you will receive the kit as a flat pack with unpainted pieces. This listing is for a build and decorate your own kit. Craft kits and the completed product are not toys and contain small parts.
