Comes with a plaque, numbered, dated and signed. Making this a collectable item. 7 room house based on a real house. Stunning House hallway with false stair up to 1st floor. 1 st floor rooms have door way wall panels giving you a false hall way behind. Each floor has different size windows. Stair Treads are supplied with the house. All Windows and trims for this house are laser cut. The laser seals the edge of the MDF, so when painting it does not need to be sanded.

Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors. The above item is available ready-made or inkit. All our ready made House come with groves in the floors for lighting wire. (32") high x (30) wide x (16") deep. All our houses are made from 9mm MDF (external and internal walls).
