If you love quarter scale, this kit is for you! Debbie Young even signed the letters in this kit! The clock tower case has been partially assembled but the rest is waiting for YOU!! The Brodnax Prints wallpapers are all dated in the 1990's. Graphics also dated in the 1990's.

There are 4 room kits. 3 of them have never been opened. The kitchen kit is open and the stove has been assembled.

The rest is untouched (see photos). Includes a tiny room grandfather clock kit.
