Make it what you want! The Darlington features 17 large rooms with a penthouse opening to a roof top veranda. The kit features full foundation; laser cut interior stairs with railing; corner quoins; milled in stone block siding; hotel signage; and exterior dental molding. Components included consist of six single windows; ten double windows; one exterior double door; a French door and two arch shaped windows. Allow 10 days for production.
