Brand New Quarter Inch Scale 1148th Harper Grace Tudor House Kit
The Harper Grace Tudor is a reproduction of one of the homes designed by Storybook Homes. Storybook Homes is a cottage design firm specializing in Storybook cottage architecture and offers full working architectural drawings for new construction. If you would like to live in one of these homes they are the place to go. We contacted them and asked if we could reproduce their cottages in miniature, and they gave us their permission. The Harper Grace Tudor Style house features the classic Tudor style including stone and stucco design. We designed ornate patterns for the stair railing and front porch railings along with the roof top gingerbread.
This kit includes everything needed to finish the interior and exterior of the house. It also includes 2 fireplaces, staircase, corner fence, and trellis. The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8 birch plywood. The kit includes the base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved were the floors slide in and the corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly. The exterior materials include stone, stucco, exterior trims, and two chimneys.
The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors. The kit also includes the staircase and two fireplaces. Also included are all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglas, and window boxes.
We have added additional landscaping materials for this house so you can create your own whimsical gardens. Landscaping materials include grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes, trellis, and vines, soil, gravel, 3 sizes of garden rocks, lichen for ground cover, field grass for flower bunches, and 4 bags of flowers; one mixed flowers for window boxes, three color for bushes, flowers, and vines. Last but not least each ¼ house kit comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on. The step by step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.
It is important to note that our house kits include everything you will need to complete the house as shown except the paint, tools, and glue.
