Beachside Bungalow Dollhouse Kit #B1895 by Real Good Toys NIB 112 Scale

This box is filled with everything pictured on box except for paint, glue, sandpaper and small tools. It states 13+ for building but supervision is probably required. Everything in this rare model includes a special addition with assembled oval Door and flooring that looks like it is installed. The only other information I can give is on the box - so please see pictures.
