Finished size of the house is: 15 long by 8 ¾ wide by 171/2 high. Overall size with base is: 21½ long by 15½: wide. It has never been used by children and was only displayed in our home in a totally smoke-free environment. The only furniture included in this sale is that shown in the master bedroom photo and includes a lighted fireplace, bed, cradle, nightstand and quilt rack. None of the other furniture shown in the other photos is included and shown only for you to see how it could be furnished in a 1700s vintage colonial home setting.

The house is wired and includes 5 interior lights on stands, front porch lamp as well as the 1 lighted fireplace in the bedroom. There is a plug in the unfurnished attic area to add another light or fireplace if desired. A custom base, which includes a vegetable garden and well as shown in the exterior photos, comes with the house.. Again this is a fully assembled lighted dollhouse and not a kit.

It is small enough to display on a side table. The house is not glued onto the base and can be removed if desired. It is for local pick-up only in Niskayuna, NY.
