Arrow Kit #703 Country Manor Dream Doll House, factory sealed

You Can see from pictures that the plastic wrap is torn due to shelving. Large doll house kit by the Arrow company, kit #703. Called the Country Manor (Dream Doll House), this kit looks to be factory sealed, The wrap shows some wear, with a few spots where it has torn open or has sticker residue.

The box looks to be in pretty good shape with the front cover indented a bit, most likely had a box sitting on top of it. The back is in very good, flat shape and the sides show minor to light-moderate wear.

The box shows some light damage where the whites have turned to an off white, but over all this effects thing very little (bright colors all around). The kit builds a 3 story, 6 bedroom house (no furniture included). Measures 243/4" high, 23 1/3" wide, 12 deep when completed. I try to describe the item as best as I can.
