Alison Jr. Dollhouse by Real Good Toys FULLY ASSEMBLED

This Dollhouse was made from the ALISON JR Kit by Real Good Toys. The Dollhouse is fully Assembled and Move In Ready. These kits do not come with wallpaper, floor and ceiling moldings, interior doors, paint and stain. The dollhouse does weigh about 30 pounds.

I posted additional pictures to show room sizes. Measurements: 39" High x 24" Wide x 17 Deep. Inside Measurements: 9 inches from floor to ceilings (7 1/2 inches for the roof room). The 3 main rooms on the porch side are approx 12 inches deep.

And the 3 rooms under the roof room are 15 1/2 inches deep. The house has very large rooms and an extra room in the roof area - no access with stairs.
