Basement is part of this house, open the front and the basement opens as one. A dolls house for the person who requires a truly stunning collectors dolls house.

Each house comes with a plaque that goes on the back, numbered, dated and signed. Made by us DHD Dolls House Direct. This house has been designed to look like a real house inside, once it has been decorated.

The false wall panel in the attic gives the impression of a hallway behind. Main windows include the balcony railings. French doors above main door with a large balcony.

Basement with railings around the windows. Main windows are very highly detailed, cast in resin in our own workshop. 4 very highly detailed dormer windows supplied readymade.

Grand staircase includes the banisters, laser cut detail to look like ironwork railings. Staircase from the basement up to the main floor is a spiral staircase, cast in metal. Windows in both side end walls, and a grand circular window in the back of the hallway. Ceiling heights, Basement 9" (225mm) Ground Floor 12 1/2" (315mm) 1st Floor 11 3/8" (290mm) Attic 9" (225mm). Basement rooms: Left 215mm Right 500 all x 395mm deep. Ground floor rooms: Left 445mm Hallway 270mm all x 395mm deep. First floor rooms: Left 445mm Hallway 275mm all x 395mm. Attic rooms: left 340mm right 260mmall x 390mm deep with sloping ceilings. Spaces above the attic rooms for concealing electrics etc.

This is a solid house 9mm thick board easy to put together. Overall Size 1360mm (53 1/2") high x 820mm (32"") wide x 600mm (24") deep. Customers are welcome to come and visit our show room, please call before setting off. Internal trims, ie:- wallpapers, ceiling mouldings, flooring, fireplaces, etc.

All our houses are made from 9mm MDF (external and internal walls) 6mm backs. And are designed and built by us in Carmarthenshire, Wales by Dolls House Direct.
