1/12 scale Dolls House The Caswell 8 room house
The Caswell dolls house is just one of our designs that includes a basement. Georgian in style comes with 8 rooms, central stairs 18 windows of which 3 are dormers. Access internally is provided by opening the front of the house, 2 parts with basement attached to each front allowing for easy access. And the attic can be accessed by lifting the dormer window roof, this being hinged to the top of the house. Central stairs provide access to all floors, including the basement. Room sizes 300mm (wide) x 380mm (deep) x 220mm (high) and attic rooms size are 450mm (wide) x 380mm (deep) and 225mm (wide) x 380mm (deep). Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors - see our fixtures and fittings. This house is not painted.
Made using high quality MDF boarding. 9mm thick for the main components of the house and 6mm thick for the back and roof.
The house comes with external doors and windows. Internal components are available on request and at an additional cost.
