Vintage 1993 Dura-Craft Ashley Dollhouse Kit - AH130 - Mansions in Miniature Series - 2 Rooms - Spiral Stairway. Unassembled kit in original packaging. Includes pre-cut siding, shingles, working front door, and spiral stairway.

16¾" H x 17½" W x 12½ D. This is the AH130 model from Dura-Craft's beloved "Mansions in Miniature" series, released in 1993. The Ashley kit features a cozy 2-room layout with a charming Victorian design, complete with a spiral staircase, bay window, and front porch with benches. Made from 1/8 plywood with pine molding, it's designed for easy assembly with no rough wall edges.

As with all vintage kits, glue, paint, and decorations are not include. Note on Condition : Box shows visible wear with creases and a tear on one corner (see photos). Crafted with pride in the USA - Dura-Craft, Inc.
