I acquired this dollhouse through a lady that bought it new but only put the chimney together. I have many dollhouses and thought I would have space and time to put it together but someone else can be the proud owner. The box is a bit tattered but it's all there. All the contents are enclosed.

The chimney does need some repair. There is a bag of red powder that I believe was used for the chimney brick effect and I believe it is to be used on the roofing as well. It's a texturing compound. The contents have not been removed. There is a dried moisture mark on the back but it did not effect the inside of the box.

I show a photo of the dried moisture on the outside and also in the inside which is clean and not effected. The wood hasn't been wet.

The photos looking inside the box are showing the wood. The shingles and chimney are outside when I took the photo.

The shingles are in the blue plastic bag. For packing I will use carboard to be formed around this original box. It weighs almost 30 pounds with the cardboard wrapping. You have the option of either Parcel Select which may or may not be cheaper than Priority or Priority.

Please be sure and check the cost of each one and choose accordingly. I just add the dimensions and the weight and the calculator does the rest.
