148 Scale June Country Church and Furniture Kit by Debbie Young At Heart, NIB

This is a new in box 1:48 scale June 1/4 Shop of the Month kit by Debbie Young of Young At Heart miniatures. June features "The Country Church".

The quarter inch dollhouse and furniture kits are vintage, new old stock and no longer available from Young At Heart. These seem to be from the 1990s. The artisan, Debbie Young, has an excellent reputation for quality and detail. She has made miniature dollhouse kits for decades. The kit includes clear instructions, pre-cut wood, landscaping materials, quality Brodnax paper, and Grandt Line plastic pieces. You supply the glue, paint and a few simple tools! The single story church has a working front door, covered steps, wood siding and a steeple, of course. The inside of the church has 2 gothic stained glass windows. In addition, the kit includes a lectern, 2 pews and 2 crosses to furnish the church. My mom was the only owner of this kit, and stored it in a smoke-free home. The miniature kit is new in the box. She did write "June" on all for sides of the box. Please review the photos and the descriptions.
