The Lisa San Francisco Painted Lady 1:48 scale dollhouse measures 6 1/2W x 14D x 9H (inches). Kit comes without paint, made from birch plywood, little to no sanding required. The dollhouse can be assembled with either French doors or garage door (option in kit). It has 12 rooms and is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating.

It comes with assembled functioning interior doors, decorative windows with Plexiglas, assembled functioning main door and storm door, assembled stairs and post, door and window toppers. Windows will have Plexiglas with plastic covering to protect from scratches and paint. This is a laser cut kit for precision piecing with tab and slot assembly.
