Comes from a clean non smoking home. Yes, this is a new old stock in box Marx ranch house.

All the furnishings are still packed in their original bags. Comes in the original box. Instructions are a there and readable, yet with many holes. The box has been opened. Litho on the tin is bright and colorful.

There are a few minor scratches due to the tin sliding around in the box. Looks like it was opened 70 years ago, then set aside. Check out the swing set. Pieces are still attached to the original molded forms. Heck, even the mirror with the pink furniture is still on it's original sticky cutout. We did not count out the pieces for completeness.

We have wrapped all tin metal pieces in bubble wrap. If there is a difference between the item description and the photos, use the photos to resolve.
