Vintage Miniature Dollhouse John Hodgson UK IGMA Artisan Sculpted Blackamoors. This is a RARE vintage artisan crafted dollhouse scaled pair of sculpted blackamoors statues, made with great love and detail by the talented IGMA Artisan artisan, John Hudgson, signed on the underside, and dated 1990.

They feature gorgeous sculpted metal bases, gold gilt with 24kt gold. Very unique pieces for the discerning collector. Note: any additional items seen in photos are props only, and not included in this listing.

This wonderful little miniature was from a collection, 40 years in the making. Every collection has a story and this one is well, just wonderfully special. I was surprised to see such a tiny home with so many minis, the story behind the person, is that she lived a grand life in a large home, she traveled the world in search for artisan miniatures and boy did she find them.
