Real Good Toys 1/2 Scale Colonial Dollhouse Kit. This Half Scale Dollhouse Kit by Real Good Toys is an UNFINISHED DOLLHOUSE KIT that includes all the supplies needed to build this adorable Colonial! The 1/2 inch scale Colonial dollhouse kit is simplistic in design but has many wonderful features included.

This dollhouse fits very nicely on an end table and will spark many conversations in your living room! Dimensions: 14 3/4"W x 8 7/8"D x 17H (dimensions listed indicate the overall dimensions of each dollhouse including items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting).

The 1/2 Inch Scale Colonial Dollhouse Kit Classic Features Include. Complete Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown (paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included). Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work (Gingerbread, if used, and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths). Sturdy Construction features 3/8 inch thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability. This is an unfinished / unpainted dollhouse kit.

Hardwood flooring is installed and ready-to-finish. Wooden shingles for the roof.

Pre-assembled staircase and landing rails. Smooth interior walls are ready to paint or paper.

Windows and door include interior trim. Floor to ceiling height is 4 23/32" and the attic is 4 15/32". Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings.

Not recommended for children under the age of 13. The 3/8 clapboard profile is milled into the surface of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) exterior walls. Having the clapboard siding already milled into the exterior walls makes your assembly easier, because the siding is built-in and ready to paint.
